Relaxed at Hotsprings

We had a great time at this place, for everyone who wants to have a break from the metro visiting hotspring resorts are not only enjoyable and guess what it is also therapeutic.

Celebrating toddlers birthday in a hotel room (themed)

Its has always been my dream to celebrate my birthday in a hotel room with my friends ..bur for some reason i wasnt able to do it..not until my first born came..Since its her 2nd birthday already..  I decided to celebrate here birthday in hotel rm thinking its more relaxing and it will be new environment for us  .after a small celebration we can just sleep eat swim and leave the hotel room next morning without any hassel .

Things to consider

Are they accomodating?

How much is per night (any discount)?

Is food allowed ?

Is visitors allowed?

Can i bring decoration(balloons)?

Can we bring extra person to sleep over?

How big or what size is my room.?

Answer to all of this question is Yes:) yes

I was able to enjoy may stay because i was able to ask all of this questions. Ask first to avoid any worries.

How to make leche Flan

This is my first time to make Leche flan

Am not an expert chef,,but i think i nailed this one and i want to share it with you guys ..specially for those who want to try this recipe ..I assure you this is easy breezy.

Ingredients 

8 brown eggs

1cup condense milk

4tbsp of evaporated milk

1cup sugar

Note:Prepare steamer ..

1st step separate egg yolk and white ..keep the yolk(yellow part) ..

2.combine the egg yolk with condense milk and evaporated milk very well.

2. Dissolve 1-2cups of sugar in a non stick pan until golden brown not dark brown :) place it a plan(langera)

3.place the yolk mixture on top of the diluted sugar ...and then steamed it for 30-45minutes

4. Woaala!!! After that it should look like this :) enjoy!! In my opinion this is one of the easiest and delicious dessert to make:)

One afternoon me and my friends are trap in our craving for a sip of wine .. we decided to stop in a mall and scout maybe there would be a nice place we could stay to  drink  ..but nothing is interesting ...we are so eager that we left the mall and decided to drive to nowhere ..on our way to the (mall).. I stop in southland to get some gas and that i remembered that theres a nice place close where they serve italian food. When you say italian theres wine ..And we glad we made this place satisfied our cravings :)
